The Asian Blend Set brings 3 popular spice blends together into one package. Each one is the perfect starting point to build a meal around from the relative country that inspired it. Each one combines aromatic, delicious herbs and spices to ensure whatever you use them with will have plenty of flavour.
Chinese 5 Spice – So useful in Chinese cooking and the base of many dishes. The blend of 5 aromatic spices is one of the cornerstone flavours of this popular cuisine.
Garam Masala – Always one of our most popular blends, this can form the base of many dishes from Indian and much more beyond.
Thai 7 Spice – Spicy and aromatic, this is a great blend to kick off some Thai cooking, being very popular in many dishes from the region.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
