Cayenne & Smoked Garlic Mushroom Ketchup is one of those sauces that just sounds more and more delicious as you read the name! As you might expect, this is an umami rich sauce that packs so many great flavours into one bottle. Smoking garlic over oak chips gives it an incredible taste and the masterful use of spices enhance the whole experience. Cayenne & Smoked Garlic Mushroom Ketchup is great as both a table sauce or as an ingredient to cook with. Use it as a dip for chips and potato wedges, or maybe as the sauce in a mushroom burger.
