Hot Porky – Naga Pork Kraklins

They lie in the middle – a great food for lovers of the famous pub snack, but with a twist. Naga chilli powder adds a hot spiciness that is in perfect balance. Not hot enough to blow your head off, but hot enough to stop you scoffing the whole lot quickly!

Hot Porky are, of course, great as they are, maybe with a cold pint of beer. But you can also add them to your cooking if you want. Crush some up and sprinkle over fish or add to breadcrumbs to coat chicken pieces. This adds a spicy, savoury, salty flavour that is just amazing!
