Sambal Barambang is a medium hot chilli relish from Burning Desire. The Indonesian flavours are perfect for adding to rice or noodle dishes to add heat and an amazing taste. As with other sambals, you can use it in a stir fry and other Indonesian dishes to really elevate it. You can also use Sambal Barambang as a condiment for dipping vegetables and other foods in. The onion and tamarind really give the sauce a wonderful flavour – sweet and savoury with a hit of spice from the chillies.
