Sweet Porky – Sweet Chilli Pork Kraklins

Sweet Porky Sweet Chilli Kraklins are the mildest of the three kraklins available from Dorset Chilli Shop. They have a low heat level but a great flavour from the other spices, leading to a very moreish snack. The handy, resealable pack keeps them fresh for longer, assuming you don’t eat them all in one sitting. If you love pork scratchings or crackling, you know how hard they are to leave alone! Sweet Porky are not the teeth breaking kind of scratching, but nor are they the puff type, full of air and very little flavour. They lie in the middle, having a delicate crunch and strong flavours.

Sweet Porky are, of course, great as they are, maybe with a cold pint of beer. But you can also add them to your cooking if you want. Crush some up and sprinkle over fish or add to breadcrumbs to coat chicken pieces or use as croutons in a soup. This adds a savoury, salty flavour that is just amazing!
