Chip Shop Curry Sauce – Many can’t have a chippy tea without a bit of curry sauce. Made for chips, but goes well with so many other things too (sausages for example!).
Chip Shop Gravy – We weren’t sure on gravy with chips… until we tried it! The folks in the North of England have got it right and this mix makes a delicious version!
Chinese Takeaway Curry Sauce – Every Chinese restaurant is of course different, but this mix makes a sauce that is pretty much exactly like our local takeaway. Perfect for Asian dishes, but we’d dip anything into it!
See each one for instructions, but as a rule, we suggest starting with less water and adding more to get the thickness you want. You can always add water, but if you make it too thin and run out of mix to thicken it, it can be annoying!
