The Last Dab Xperience (Heatonist) – 148ml

The Last Dab Xperience is a sauce with a reputation, thanks to the YouTube channel, Hot Ones. A little while ago, the Carolina Reaper was taken over as the hottest chilli in the world by Pepper X. This creation comes from famous farmer and scientist Smokin’ Ed Currie and averages about 2,693,000 on the Scoville scale. This sauce is over 91% Pepper X peppers – Pepper X mash, powder and distillate. The heat from this sauce is nothing short of insane and regularly reduces guests to gibbering messes on the Hot Ones channel.

The Pepper X chillies in The Last Dab Xperience have a unique floral note to the flavour that is very interesting. You’d go back for more, but the heat makes you pause! Watch out for the Pepper X head rush that some folks report experiencing! We’d not recommend using this sauce as it is like a dip or marinade! Add a tiny drop at a time to other dishes to increase the spiciness to atmospheric levels. If you want to recreate the Hot Ones trial…. on your head be it!
