Yuzu Marmalade is a fantastic preserve that showcases the citrusy, sweet, tangy flavours of the yuzu fruit. The fruit flavour is like a cross between lemon, lime and grapefruit and makes a delicious marmalade base. There are a few things you can do with it, much like other preserves!

Yuzu Marmalade is perfectly at home on the breakfast table! Spread it on toast or pancakes to add some zing to your morning. Try some on scones and other bakery goods to add flavour or serve with desserts such as ice cream or cheesecake. You could even add some to a cake mix to add flavour throughout.

This would also go well on a cheese board where it would compliment both soft and hard cheeses. You could even experiment by using some as a glaze for meats or warm it up and drizzle over roast vegetables. Combine with olive oil, rice vinegar and a little salt to make your own salad dressings (or use whatever ingredients you fancy!)

The Wasabi Company grow their wasabi in flowing water from their Dorset and Hampshire farms. This mimics the conditions in Japan where the plant grows naturally.
