Burning Desire Flame Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce is the sauce that started the company! Ruby red habanero peppers go through a process of flame roasting to get a unique and distinct flavour. A handful of other quality ingredients complete the sauce, making a highly versatile, delicious sauce. It goes very well with so many foods – put some in a burger, dip pizza crusts or chips in it, serve it with Mexican food, or any other cuisine if you want. Add some to a shop bought tomato pasta sauce to add flavour and a kick of heat. Heat level for this sauce s about 5/10.
