Chipotle Chilli Syrup with Spiced Rum – 148ml

Chipotle Chilli Syrup with Spiced Rum takes one of our favourites from the world of spices and one from the world of drinks and puts them together. Add some Vanilla, Cane Sugar and Sea Salt and you get a sauce that is truly something special. This smoky, sticky syrup pairs perfectly with pork (try glazing bacon or covering a rack of ribs with it!). It also goes well with burger and chicken, gammon and fish – whatever you want to use it with, really. Sweet, smoky and a hint of heat make this a very moreish sauce! Heat level for this sauce is about a 3/10.

The sweet flavour of Chipotle Chilli Syrup with Spiced Rum makes it great for use with sweet treats, too. It matches well with waffles and pancakes, or you can add a ton of flavour to chocolate desserts or just drizzle over ice cream. Why not experiment with drinks too? A dash in your coffee or a glug in a cocktail will bring a delicious twist to the norm.
