Cholula Garlic & Chilli Hot Sauce is a very versatile condiment to have in the kitchen. Chilli and garlic are integral to so many dishes, so as you might imagine, the sauce has many applications. The original Cholula sauce is based on a 100 year old family recipe that has been handed down through generations. It gets its name from an ancient city at the foot of Popocatepetl volcano – a name which is as old as the recipe itself. Cholula use authentic Mexican arbol & piquin peppers to get the amazing flavour which has become incredibly popular all over the world.
