Red Hot Lava is a fantastic quality chilli made with cold pressed rapeseed oil. The infusion of Carolina Reaper Chillies give the oil a decent amount of heat, but probably not as much as you might expect from the worlds hottest chilli. They have been handled expertly to bring fiery heat while not taking anything away from the flavour. Great anywhere where you’d normally use a chilli oil. Drizzle on pizza or pasta, use with grilled fish and meats and goes very well in a stir fry. Red Hot Lava is also perfect for stirring into mayonnaise to create a creamy, hot dip. Heat level for this oil is about a 4/10.
