Dick’s Caribbean Dream is a wonderful hot sauce that pairs amazing flavour with just the right amount of spice. It is a Barbados style sauce with a mustard base, loads of fruit and a habanero kick. This is a masterclass of this style of sauce and the use of pears, peaches and pineapple really bring the sauce to life with a fresh zinginess that earns it top reviews all the time. Heat is about a 4 or 5 out of 10, so enough to give you a hit, but not enough to take over the sauce and mask the flavours.
