Smoked Onion Hot Sauce is a great tasting condiment that will go with a huge variety of foods. Smoking onions slowly brings a superb flavour to the sauce which then pairs with sweetness & garlic. You get both savoury and sweet all on a rich smoky background. Habanero peppers add a decent kick of chilli which is in perfect balance with the ingredients. Spiciness comes in at about a 3/5, so not crazy, but not for those that don’t like a lot of heat!
Smoked Onion Hot Sauce is a perfect partner for anything cooked low and slow. This could be from a barbecue, a smoker or even roast or a stew. The flavours compliment these foods wonderfully. That said, you can use it anywhere, really. Try it with anything dippable or in a sandwich or wrap. This will really add a huge amount of flavour to a burger, too!
