Irish Cream Natural Flavouring – 15ml

Irish Cream Natural Flavouring is a high concentrate ingredient that will add a creamy, whiskey taste to your foods. This, and all Foodie Flavours are for dilution only – do not use neat! Use at between 10 – 20 drops per 1kg of food (you’ll need to adjust to taste, much like anything else). Mix with a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg before incorporation. If you are using it in your bakery items, some flavour may ‘flash off’, so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. After a little trial and error, you’ll get a feel for how much to use.

Irish Cream Natural Flavouring is of course, perfect in desserts (as are most Foodie Flavours, in fact!). Add flavour to creams, sauces buttercreams and icings with just a few drops. Increase the flavours in a sponge cake, make ice cream or milkshakes and more! Use with bakery goods to  get that delicious flavour running through them. Please note, it is not suitable for use with chocolate.
