Lime Natural Flavouring – 15ml

Lime Natural Flavouring is a high strength, professional ingredient that will give your foods a wonderful fresh and zingy flavour. This, and all Foodie Flavours are for dilution only – do not use neat! Use at between 10 – 20 drops per 1kg of food (you’ll need to adjust to taste, much like anything else). If you are using it in your bakery items, some flavour may ‘flash off’, so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. After a little trial and error, you’ll get a feel for how much to use.

Lime Natural Flavouring is perfect for desserts, adding a great taste to icings, chocolates, ice creams and more. You can find uses when making bakery goods, or even in general cooking. Add flavour to  marinades, sauces and more It works especially well with cuisines that already feature limes. Please be aware that the formula is 100% lime oil, so is not really suitable for use in drinks as with won’t dissolve properly.
