Lemon Natural Flavouring – 15ml

Lemon Natural Flavouring is a high concentrate food flavouring that will add a refreshing, zesty lemon taste to your foods. This, and all Foodie Flavours are for dilution only – do not use neat! Use at between 10 – 20 drops per 1kg of food (you’ll need to adjust to taste, much like anything else). If you are using it in your bakery items, some flavour may ‘flash off’, so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. After a little trial and error, you’ll get a feel for how much to use.

Lemon Natural Flavouring is a great item to have in the cupboard, especially if you’re into desserts! Use it to add (or boost) the flavours of a lemon drizzle, cake icings and fillings or even in the sponge itself. Bakery goods are also a great use for it where it imparts a delicious citrus tang. Try it with ice creams and sorbets for an extra kick of flavour. You can also use it in general cooking, anywhere you want to add a lemony taste. Please be aware that the formula is not really suitable for use in drinks as with won’t dissolve properly.
