Spirit Vinegar Powder is a great product to have if you’re looking to add a zingy, sharp flavour to your foods.Using an advanced spray drying process, the vinegar becomes a fine powder that retains all the flavour of the liquid. Add some to some fine sea salt and make your own salt and vinegar sprinkle for homemade crisps or chip shop chips. Great if you’re not a fan of the last few that always sit in a wet pool of vinegar!
Spirit Vinegar Powder is great for adding to marinades and rubs, imparting a strong vinegar flavour. Mix with herbs and a little oil, rub on and leave to infuse for a while. Add some to coatings such as breadcrumbs, dips, sauces, soups and dressings to a tangy note that just makes your mouth water! Other vinegar powders we have include Malt Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar and we also have a ready to Salt & Vinegar Seasoning.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
