Banana Natural Flavouring – 15ml

Banana Natural Flavouring is a high strength flavour concentrate that will add a great ripe banana flavour to your foods. This, and all Foodie Flavours are for dilution only – do not use neat! Use at between 10 – 20 drops per 1kg of food (you’ll need to adjust to taste, much like anything else). Mix with a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg before incorporation. If you are using it in your bakery items, some flavour may ‘flash off’, so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. After a little trial and error, you’ll get a feel for how much to use.

Banana Natural Flavouring is great for adding a delicious fruity taste to many foods including sponges, biscuits and other baked goods, ice creams, milkshakes and more. Add some to icing or buttercream to bring something different to your celebration cakes. Please note that it is not really suitable for use with chocolate.
