Naga Bomb Hot Sauce

Naga Bomb is a delicious sauce that has a complex mix of Indian spices and the fiery heat of the naga chilli. All of this sits on the backdrop of slow cooked onion and garlic that gives an amazing, mellow sweetness that balances the sauce perfectly. If you’re looking for great flavour with your spicy sauce, this could be it! The judges at the UK Chilli Awards deemed it good enough to be the winner of the hot sauce category in 2023. This is an event with some pretty stiff competition!

Naga Bomb comes in at a 4/5 for heat, thanks to the naga chillies (and other chillies). Not to worry though, the flavour stands up to the heat wonderfully. Add an intense flavour to your foods with overtones of curry with just a splash! Try it with meat fresh from the grill (BBQ or indoor kitchen), or with curries as a dip for sides.
