Wasabi Mayonnaise takes a high quality mayo and blends it with English Wasabi to create a delicious and moreish sauce. Use wherever you would use regular mayonnaise! The Wasabi Company grow their wasabi in flowing water from their Dorset and Hampshire farms. This mimics the conditions in Japan where the plant grows naturally. Wherever it grows, wasabi takes a long time to get to harvest – often 2 years or more!
