Dona Maria Adobo is a great sauce to have in the cupboard for making a delicious marinade for your food. Just pour the whole contents into a pan and heat until it looks like a runny paste. Then add five and a half cups of water and simmer until you get the consistency you want. For even more flavour, use chicken stock.
