Barrel Aged Buffalo Sauce is a great version of this classic, ever popular sauce. Being a Big Jims sauce, the chillies age in whiskey barrels before going into the sauce. This creates a unique falvour profile that you won’t find in any other buffalo sauce. As well as the heat, the aging brings a deep and complex flavour profile to the sauce which blends with the Chinese vinegar to create nothing short of a flavour explosion on the tongue.
Barrel Aged Buffalo Sauce is great for using in a couple of ways. First, just slather it all over everything as it is! Add flavour and heat to omelettes, pizzas, tacos, burritos and whatever else you can think of. Alternatively, mix it in equal ratios with butter to create a seriously good chicken wing sauce.
