Evil One Scotch Bonnet & Ghost Pepper Sauce – 150ml

Evil One is a hot sauce you’ll want to take seriously! Scotch bonnet and Ghost chillies bring the fiery heat that hits you immediately when you eat it. Add to that a touch of 1 million Scoville chilli extract and you’ll certainly know you’re eating it! Whats great about this sauce though, is that it isn’t all about the burn. The flavours that come through from the orange and lemon give it a unique, zesty flavour that will liven up many dishes.

Brave chilli heads cause Evil One as a dipping sauce, but you won’t need much, so go easy at first! It also make a perfect ingredient, adding to existing sauces or bringing flavour and heat to pasta and noodle dishes. Combine with some mayo to create a fiery, zingy dipping sauce.
