Slasher IPA, Scotch Bonnet & Pineapple Hot Sauce

Slasher is a delicious hot sauce, flavoured with Citra hopped IPA, Scotch Bonnets and Pineapple. It is the brain child of the folks at Grim Reaper and Tring Brewery and a 2 year planning period. It was originally going to be a mango sauce, but the final sauce uses pineapple as the fruity base. The sweetness is sliced through with the heat of scotch bonnet chillies, hence the name. The IPA adds depth and lots of interest to this sauce, rounding it out into one great condiment!

Grim Reaper Slasher sauce goes very well with seafood, fish on the grill and some salads. Then again, if you love the flavours, you can use it wherever you want! The fresh, fruitiness is great in the warmer months of the year.  It’s great for adding a burst of flavour and heat to your sandwiches or wraps. Before Slasher was even released, it picked up first prize in the Screaming Mimi Awards in New York City (hot fruit category).
