Habanero Pepper Sauce is the original recipe sauce from 1981 and it was the start of it all. Using their famous habanero peppers and balancing them perfectly with the other ingredients, they create a sauce that will add a ton of flavour and a little chilli kick to any dish. One of the things that sets this sauce apart is that the base flavour comes from carrots. These combine with onion, lime juice, roast garlic and vinegar to make something really special. It’s world famous for a reason!
Habanero Pepper Sauce is a great all rounder and one that you’ll reach for again and again. It is extremely versatile and will pair with a great many foods, either as a dip, poured over the top or as an ingredient. Try it with pizza, chicken dishes, all kinds of potato products like fries and wedges and anything else you fancy to try it with.
Marie Sharp began making sauces way back in 1980 as a way to use up habanero peppers. After so much great feedback from friends and family, she decided to take make a business out of it. Starting in a small kitchen, she worked hard to grow and today there are 20 employees working in their factory.
