Sitting in the pub one night somebody asked me what you should do if you’ve eaten a hot sauce or a curry that gives you the “burning ring of fire” the next morning. Quick as a flash a mate said “MTFU!” Having planned a Man Up hot sauce I thought why not use a more expressive description?

Man the F**k Up Hot Sauce is great for use when you want to add flavour and a big whack of spicy heat to foods. Add to soups and sauces to raise the heat significantly or simply use as a dipping sauce. Just be aware you may regret it! Those scorpion and reaper chillies bring an intense rush of heat that has taken many unwary people by surprise!
