Smoked Carolina 70 is the hottest in the Weymouth 51 line up, and super hot it indeed is! The Carolina Reaper is a record holder for being the hottest chilli in the world, and the bottle is 70% chilli. They go through a 9 month fermentation process to really add depth and enhance the fruity, chocolate notes. The whiskey barrels add a hint of smoky malt to the chillies before they combine with just a handful of simple ingredients to create fire in a bottle!
As you may imagine, Smoked Carolina 70 is insanely hot. It can be difficult to bring flavours to such heat, but Weymouth 51 manage it just fine! If you can handle the extreme heat, this is a great sauce for you. You could always add a little to some mayonnaise to make your own dip or use it as an ingredient in your cooking. One thing is for sure, if you intend to dip things in it, make sure you try it first!
