51 Blend – 220ml

51 Blend is the signature sauce in the Weymouth 51 line up. Why 51? They grow 51 varieties of chilli pepper and the sauce is a blend of some or sometimes all of them! Cayenne, Facing Heaven, Jalapeno, Ring of Fire and so many more go into the bottle, but not before the fermentation process. This increases complexity of flavour and adds a wonderfully tasty dimension to the sauce. What’s great here is that the chillies they use are the ones that are good to go at the time. Each batch is unique!

51 Blend is a truly all round table sauce. 50% of each bottle is chilli pepper and the rest is a blend of just a handful of ingredients, so you’ll really get that great chilli flavour in every bite. The medium heat level makes it great to use with whatever you want including kebabs, pizza, chicken, chips, breads, pasta and so much more. Perfect as a table sauce or to add some heat and flavour to dishes you’re cooking.
