Scorpion on the Beach takes flavours of the “Sex on the Beach” cocktail and throws some fire in it! Take some vodka, peach schnapps, cherry, orange and cranberry and combine with the infamous scorpion chilli and you get an amazing and unique sauce! As you might imagine, this is quite a sweet sauce, but it is also very spicy, balancing things out.
Scorpion on the Beach is perfect for a summer barbecue, pairing well with meats and veggies straight from the grill. It would also make for a great table sauce, adding heat, flavour and certainly some interest to your meal. Try with tacos, fajitas, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps or as a dip for your favourite foods.
