Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce – 410g

Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce marries the flavours of chipotle chillies with sweet apple, making a sauce perfect for pork. Ideal as a glaze, the best method is to brush it on at the end of the cooking process, so the sugars caramelize on the surface of the food. Be careful of the temperatures and how close the food is to it – you don’t want those delicious sugars to burn! Of course, you can just use it to dip the food into as it is, if you’d prefer. While Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce is ideal for pork, you can use it with anything if you like the flavours. Add to meatballs, use as a pizza sauce, stir into other condiments like sour cream to make your own sauce – it’s your choice!
