Webster from Dorset Chilli Shop is a seriously spicy marinade that will give chilli heads a challenge! It makes a fantastic chicken wing marinade, giving you fiery hot wings that go perfectly with a cold beer. You can also use it as a cooking paste to add a huge amount of heat and flavour to dishes such as curry. Add Webster to pretty much anything you want to, just be aware that the first ingredient in the recipe is 47% Scotch Bonnet chillies. Do treat it with care!
