NagaBomb is an expert blend of coarse sea salt and naga chillies that you can use to season and spice and dish. The naga chilli puree mixes with the salt before going through a process of dehydration. What you get is a seasoning with a wonderful flavour, scent and colour. NagaBomb is not meant to be a “blow your head off” seasoning. It comes in at 3/5 for heat, so is great for many people to use.
