Badman Sauce – Fireball Hot Jerk Sauce

Badman Sauce is the hottest sauce in the Jerk centre line up and it is a badman indeed! Scotch Bonnet chillies bring the fiery heat as well as a wonderful flavour to the mix and the expert use of authentic spices really rounds off this awesome sauce. If you know jerk sauces, you know that the aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water! While not something we’ve experienced (yet), we can image the scent coming from kitchens across Jamaica as family members cook and eat together. Just the best of times! With a gold and a silver award at the National Chilli Awards, you just know it’s going to be good.

Badman Sauce is perfect for use as a marinade, a table sauce or even as an ingredient. For awesome, fiery Jerk Chicken, coat raw chicken pieces in the sauce (we’d go generous with it!) and leave to marinate. You can cook them straight away, but letting the flavours infuse is always a good idea. Cook as normal, adding onions and peppers, or whatever you want to the dish. As a table sauce, use it for any food you want to add a ton of flavour and heat to! Finally, add some to other dishes to instantly add a Caribbean twist!
