Duppy Conqueror – Medium Hot Jerk Sauce

Duppy Conqueror is a medium hot Jerk sauce and the 2nd hottest in the line up. It still has plenty of Scotch bonnet heat in the mix, but won’t be as much as the Badman sauce! Alongside a plethora of authentic spices that balance perfectly with the heat, this is a sauce made by people that really know what they’re doing! This is a Silver award winning sauce (at the National Chilli Awards), so you can be sure the standard here is high! Even the scent from the bottle is enough to excite the senses.

Duppy Conqueror is perfect for use as a marinade, a table sauce or even as an ingredient. For awesome Jerk Chicken, coat raw chicken pieces in the sauce (we’d go generous with it!) and leave to marinate. You can cook them straight away, but letting the flavours infuse is always a good idea. Cook as normal, adding onions and peppers, or whatever you want to the dish. As a table sauce, use it for any food you want to add a ton of flavour and heat to! Finally, add some to other dishes to instantly add a Caribbean twist!
