Barrel Aged Wholegrain Beer Mustard is a collaboration between GingerBeard’s and Lost & Grounded Brewers. Their flagship Keller Pils lager combines with expert sauce making and ages for 18 months in ex red wine barrels. The result is a delicious mustard with layers of flavour from the top ingredients, the aging and barrel. This is seriously good!
Barrel Aged Wholegrain Beer Mustard is great pretty much anywhere you would have a normal mustard. It’s a perfect match for steak, casseroles, and even burgers. Of course, ham and mustard is a classic combo, too! Pep up a boring sandwich or use it to make an amazing salad dressing. There is a medium mustard heat, which we absolutely love!
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers. Their list of products is impressive, as is the amount of awards they have won, and we’re really happy to be able to offer their foods to our customers!
