Brighton Rocks! is Burning Desire’s tribute to the city where their company started back in 2010. The pineapple sweetness adds a delicious flavour to foods and the habanero brings the warming heat. Spice up your dinner times with this moreish sauce!
Brighton Rocks! is great with many Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes such as enchiladas, tacos, taquitos and burritos. Give it a try on chicken or fish from a barbecue for a taste explosion! This would also be a great sauce for a sandwich too. Try with turkey and chicken or slices of roast gammon, or anything else you fancy it with! Or, stir some into sour cream or mayonnaise to make a deliciously spicy dip with a tropical twist.

Burning Desire Flame Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce is the sauce that launched the company. It won the “Best in Show” award at the Fiery Foods Chilli Festival in 2010.
