Chipotle Ranch Dressing Mix

Chipotle Ranch Dressing Mix is a blend of ingredients that you can mix into a base sauce to make America’s favourite dressing with a smoky, spicy twist! Just mix about 10% of mix with 90% plain mayonnaise or yoghurt and leave to stand for 20 minutes for flavours to develop. Ideally, use catering mayo (which has a higher water content) for best results. If this isn’t available, you can add a little water to the mayo and ranch mix, which will loosen it up a little and make it pourable. Add a small amount at a time to get the consistency you want.

Chipotle Ranch Dressing Mix is great for quickly mixing up this ever popular sauce that goes with many foods. It’s great with pizzas, chips, wedges, wraps and sandwiches, fried chicken, burgers and so much more. We love ranch so much, we are always trying different foods with it! You could also experiment with the dry mix by adding it to foods such as soups that it will dissolve into and flavour. As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
