Caesar Dressing Mix is an easy to use blend of ingredients that you can mix into mayonnaise to make a delicious sauce. Get those cheesy, umami flavours with a backdrop of pepper and garlic simply by mixing 10% of the mix with 90% mayo and leave to stand. Ideally, you would do this well in advance of when you need it, preferably the day before, but at least a couple of hours is fine. This is to ensure all the flavours develop as they should, giving a better result than making and using it quickly.
Caesar Dressing Mix is great for dressing a salad with or adding to sandwiches and wraps. You could always make it up and use it as a dipping sauce, if you want! If you are using it with a sandwich, the direct mix with mayonnaise is perfect. Should you want a thinner sauce for drizzling, you can always add a little water and stir in well.
As with all herbs and spices, add a little at a time to get the flavour you want. You can always add more, but taking it out again can be impossible!
