Irn Bru Sweet Chilli is a real fusion of worlds, as the iconic Scottish drink meets classic sweet chilli sauce. The result is a unique sauce with a surprising amount to depth and flavour. Exactly what we’d expect from Hott Sauces – they know what they’re doing! Habanero peppers sit in their signature base along with garlic and white miso. The Irn Bru is instantly recognisable, but really adds to the complexity and interest. If you’re looking for something a bit different, this is well worth a try while its still around (its a limited run sauce). Heat is around a 4/10, so not crazy hot, but perhaps hotter than some sweet chilli sauces you can find.
Irn Bru Sweet Chilli Hot Sauce is perfect for the same foods as traditional sweet chilli sauces. This can be spring roll, dumplings, tempura prawns and all kinds of other Asian finger foods. You can also try it with chicken wings (after cooking or as a marinade beforehand) or even to add flavour to a stir fry. In fact, anything you deem worthy of dipping will go well with this if you love sweet chilli sauces!
