Roasted Pineapple and Yellow Fatalli Hott Sauce was one of the first sauces from Heriot Hott and it’s still going strong! Pineapple flavour forward, it gains some caramel hints from the roasting and the ginger and garlic round it out. Yellow fatalli chillies are famous for being fruity and hot adding even more deliciousness to the sauce. One of the hotter sauces in the range, this comes in at 7/10 on the Heriot Hott scale. Don’t let that lovely colour fool you – this one will kick you in the mouth!

Roasted Pineapple and Yellow Fatalli Hott Sauce is great for use with lots of foods and really pairs well with Mexican dishes. Try it with burritos or tacos or use it as a base when making a salsa. That said, why not try it with your favourite foods for an extra fruity, spicy kick!
