Pickle Juice Buffalo Hott Sauce takes the already superb buffalo sauce and jazzes it up with tangy pickling vinegar. We got a taste of it at the Hot Sauce Society show in May ’25 and immediately bought a bottle! It’s so familiar while at the same time being quite different to anything else. With cayenne and habanero mash in the mix, this gets a 4/10 rating for heat by Heriot Hott. It’s perfect for us – hot enough to enjoy but not hot enough to slow you down!
Pickle Juice Buffalo Hott Sauce is great with so many foods, if you love a buffalo sauce. Try it with (as we did) fries, pizza crusts and all kinds of other foods. Did we try it with actual chicken wings, though? Yes, and it is delicious! Whether you pour it on during cooking or toss the wings in it afterwards, this adds a seriously good flavour to your chicken.
