Yellow Habanero Sweet Chilli Hott Sauce is a different take on a classic! Heriot Hott use dry Aji Amarillo and habanero peppers to bring the heat, but with a distinctive flavour. With the sweetness coming from coconut sugar, it adds a certain caramel/ maple like flavour. White miso raises the umami side, balancing the sauce perfectly. Despite the habaneros, this comes in as a 2/10 on the heat scale – a little hit of spicy heat that many can enjoy!
