Sriracha X Hott Sauce

Sriracha X Hott Sauce is what you get when you take the Super Hot Sriracha recipe and push it further! With a big percentage of Scotch bonnet chillies, it brings some real fire to your foods and if that’s not enough, they add Carolina reaper chilli too! Obviously, this makes it seriously hot, so they doubled the fermented garlic and red miso to get the flavours to balance the heat. This one comes in at 15/10 on the Heriot Hott scale. Easily the hottest in the range and not one to take lightly!

Sriracha X, like any sriracha, is great with a great many Asian dishes. Try it with Vietnamese or Thai foods such as Pho or spring rolls – or anything else from the region! It would also pair well with eggs and avocado or as a drizzle for your pizza if you’re feeling brave. Use is as a marinade or to add flavour and spice to sauces, soups and other such foods. Be sure everyone who’s eating likes the heat, though!
