The fragrant, sweet sauce is great as a dipping sauce, but you can also use it as a marinade, cooking it directly onto your food. Whether it’s in the kitchen or on the table, it’s a really winner for lovers of south Asian cuisines.
Heriot Hott are a small group of passionate sauce makers from Edinburgh, Scotland. Like may other stories, theirs began in lockdown, creating sauces and following a dream.
