Seville Orange & Whiskey Marmalade is superb pretty much anywhere you’d use any jam or marmalade. A generous coating on buttered toast is simple but sooo good. Try it with crumpets, pancakes or similar foods. You could also glaze a ham or a gammon joint with it, creating a seriously good flavour on meat. Why not try it with desserts to bring a sweet, citrusy flavour to your culinary creations.
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers.
