Beetroot & Horseradish Relish

Beetroot & Horseradish Relish is a blend of strong flavours that come together to create a very tasty and unique condiment. Earthy beetroot pairs very well with the sharp horseradish, with malty beer in the background. This has won a Silver (2019) and a Gold (2025) in the Taste of the West Awards, so I certainly has some pedigree! The horseradish gives it some heat and a little chilli powder mixes with it to make the sauce mild to medium in spiciness.

Beetroot & Horseradish Relish is a perfect partner to a joint of roast beef. Beef and horseradish is classic, so this relish takes it in another direction. Try it with smoky salmon, fresh mackerel and many other dishes that are strong in flavour. It’s a great thing to put with goats cheese too. We’re sure there is so much more you could use it with if you’re a big fan of the flavours!
