Cherry, Chipotle & B.A Stout Hot Sauce – 155g

Cherry, Chipotle & B.A Stout Hot Sauce is one of GingerBeard’s 10th Birthday releases, celebrating a milestone in preserve making. It is a partnership between them and Moor Beer Co, using their barrel aged stout to bring even more flavour to an already delicious product. It is a rich, deep and fruity sauce with a great smoky quality that really rounds it off. The chipotle chillies give it a medium level of spice which balances very well with the complex flavours.

Cherry, Chipotle & B.A Stout is the perfect partner for red meats, especially fresh from the grill. This is another sauce from GingerBeard’s that is ideal for a barbeque! In the cooler months, bring it to the dining table and serve with foods such as mac ‘n’ cheese, chilli con carne or beef brisket. That said, use it with whatever you want to if you love flavours (as much as we do!).

GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers.
