Cider & Chorizo Chilli Jam is a new twist on GingerBeard’s Beer & Bacon Chilli Jam. This is a limited edition to celebrate their 10th birthday, so get in quick before it’s gone! It is a collaboration with Somerset Charcuterie, creating a chilli jam with an onion base and chunks of cider chorizo. Medium in spicy heat, this sweet and smoky condiment is a real treat with amazing flavours!

Cider & Chorizo Chilli Jam is the perfect partner for a cheese board, such as you might serve on Boxing Day! Pep up your sandwiches, wraps or even burgers with a generous scoop on your favourite fillings. We won’t judge if you find yourself just eating it straight from the jar!

GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces. Today, everything is still hand made and at 200,000 units a year, they’re pretty busy! They produce their take on classics, their own unique concoctions and also collaborate with many top food producers.
