Sweet Chilli & Limoncello Sauce was originally created with street food vendors, The Italian Sausage. The limoncello adds a unique flavour to the sweet chilli and we find it is always popular when tasters are open on the market! This sauce is the winner of a Great Taste Awards star as well as picking up a silver in the Taste of the West awards. Heat level from the chillies is medium, so be sure to try before diving in!
Sweet Chilli & Limoncello Sauce is great anywhere you would usually find a sweet chilli sauce! Give it a try with a stir fry or prawns in a tempura batter. We always find halloumi goes well with sweet chilli too. Add to a sausage sandwich or panini, of serve on the table as a dipping sauce for whatever you want!
GingerBeard’s Preserves was started in a small basement flat in Bristol in 2014, making delicious preserves and sauces.
